A More Useful Nobel Laureate
I like this Nobel Laureate a lot better than the wacko who thinks that AIDS is a CIA plot.

Hey, <i>I/i> am a recipient
Hey, <i>I/i> am a recipient of the Galactic Institute Prize for Extreme Cleverness! Let's not sully the fine reputation of that august body by comparisons with the nitwits and bottom feeders who win the peace prixe. I consider myself to be the clear moral and intellectual superior of anyone who won the peace prize in the last twenty years.
But, but, but... everyone
But, but, but... everyone KNOWS that lower tax rates equal lower federal revenue.
Don't they?
Yeah, right. And here's yet another guy who says so: I can't wait to hear the claims that he, too, don't know nothing.
Oh, and I don't think the other whack-job blamed the CIA, did she? It was more specific than that: I think she blamed it on some guy named "Whitey".
And what does the Peace Prize
And what does the Peace Prize winner imagine the objective of unleashing AIDS upon Africa would be?
If it's to kill black people, why bother when so much of the continent is engaged in perpetual warfare already?
And if it had to be a bio agent, why spend $$, time, and other resources make a new one that might take years to kill someone when there are plenty of off-the-shelf varieties that can kill within hours- or sooner?
I guess to win the Peace Prize you don't actually have to, you know, KNOW much or anything. Not at all like the Galactic Institute's Prize for Extreme Cleverness.
Anti-nuke activist yahoo,
Anti-nuke activist yahoo, commie, and Jimmy Carter - you sure you're talking about three different people there?
One of those is a former US
One of those is a former US president. Rotblat was a anti-nuke activist and yahoo. Menchu is that chick who completely fabricated her life story and is a commie.
Wait... which one was a
Wait... which one was a former US President!?!
Johno, I was exaggerating a
Johno, I was exaggerating a bit - but I definitely think that I was right about the most recent winner; and Jimmy Carter, the United Nations, Kofi Annan, Joseph Rotblat, Yassar Arafat, Fredrik Willem de Klerk, Rigobertu Menchu, Mikhail Gorbachev, UN Peacekeeping Forces, and the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War as well. That's half of 'em.
I can't argue with you there,
I can't argue with you there, though I don't even know who Rotblat, Menchu, and Carter are.
J,
J,
Fair enough. I don't know B as you do, but was willing to belive that he was morally and intellectually superior to those others.
To be fair, I heard some of a Lech Walensa presentation not too long ago, and he sure didn't come across as the sharpest noz in the szuflada.
But besides all that, it doesn't do the Nobel Committee (?) any favors for ANY of its laureates to blame the CIA for AIDS.
And besides all THAT, why don't you want to be an ass?
Really? The founders of
Really? The founders of "Doctors">http://www.doctorswithoutborders.org/]Doctors Without Borders?" Nelson Mandela? Elie Wiesel? Desmond Tutu? If you go to 21 years, you get Lech Walensa.
I mean, I don't wanna be an ass, but c'mon.
