What about every powered mechanism from "Trucks"/"Maximum Overdrive"?
And do they have to have been in a movie/tv show? If not, you get OGREs, Bolos, Berserkers...
I think the "self-motility" qualifier is arbitrarily limiting. HAL was malevolent enough to kill people in their sleep and blow a couple out of an airlock. And not for nothing, the whole ship was the physical manifestation of his consciousness, so arguably he was capable of locomotion.
And what about the computer what took over the house in "Demonseed", was it (ask loyal reader Othershoe if that's the one)? It was not only capable of murder but rape, too.
Doesn't get more evil than that, and it didn't even need to move to get all that done.
