Since everyone's gonna have some extra dough later this year...

...seems it's never too early to, you know, get my preferences out there.

I figure if everyone at the Ministry kicked in merely half of their economic stimulus money, you could all easily swing this for me.

And I can't tell you how much that would in turn stimulate me.

Oh, and I forgot to add: cherry finish, please. Can't speak for Johno.

4

I remember reading Harry Harrison's Stainless Steel Rat series when I was in high school, he had a .75 gyrojet pistol. That's big iron.

5

I'm with Johno. My $$ will go toward debt, mostly. Maybe split off a little to put toward a new TV. The TV will stimulate the Korean or Japanese economies, though.

I'd like to go to the Smith & Wesson factory and find a new friend; Buckethead knows I'm partial to those wheelguns what shoot bullets that start with "4".

But I think I'd rather just give it to my debtors. Who, ironically, will not really be stimulated by it in the same way that they are nearly orgasmic at the prospect of me paying pennies a day to them for the rest of my life.

Of course, it might also be prudent to keep a third of it, so I can pay taxes on it next year...

WANT. WANT. WANT. WANT. WANT.

WANT.

But I'll settle for being able to afford g-d d-mn day care. I guess I'm cynical enough to be perfectly happy with "money back" from the government, because it'll either be used, by me, to pay down debt or pay for day care or car repair, all of which have a positive effect on society, or it'll be used, by them, for preventing herpes in naked mole rats, or educating children in the perils of atheism or something equally moronic.

So... check, please.

And a guitar too.

If I sold my H&K, I would have to admit owning it in a state where it is banned (even though I see identical PTR91's in the gunshop). Not that I have a pre-ban H&K, I don't, really.

What were we talking about?

11

Bram,
Now, see, that actually *wouldn't* help me, because I already have $0 to put toward it.

But you *do* have things of value. If you sold your HK, say, you could get the cag to contribute. Pocket yourself a nice little something for beer, too.

12

I will glad kick in half of my stimulus tax rebate ($0 according to the latest legislation). Let me know where to send it.
