I was actually screaming in my car with happiness over this. Of course, it didn't matter to me when I lived in DC, which already allows wine shipments. But to be able to get wine from Topolos in Sonoma would be awesome!
BTW, Why was the Mayor of DC late to his own press conference on easing traffic jams yesterday?
