NDR at I Must Not Think Bad Thoughts has this analysis of the EU's unity problems: "for all the people who complain that EU cannot work because agreement is impossible, they should point their fingers squarely at Blair, the chief obstructionist."
He has a point there, I think... but isn't the UK not part of the EU?
